Poor service and Disrespect.
They don’t even deserve even 1 star. I made purchase 01/02/2026 at 18:30. I was at drive thru the lady who was assisting me, greeted me fine I made my order. She ddnt respond for about two minutes.i keep on saying hello no respond. When she come back she don’t say sorry or remorse to about what happened. She took my order , I proceeded to the next week to pay.i asked her why kept me hanging, she looked at me with nasty eye at me n say ur order is R75,00.No sorry nothing. Why are we treated with bad attitude.

Customer right not protected
As they know after everything the best thing they could do is to protect and make sure they keep their customers. But no they doing opposite. Im expecting so i had baby shower. There’s someone who bought me sleeping gown but its big i have to change to smaller size, gown was bought on store account but they refused to change for me. They need the person n we are in different provinces. I dont need refund but exchange size. You lost a faithful customer im 🥲also closing your account. Its good i dont owe you even 1 cent.

Good customer service
What you see its what you got. I took a risk and order promo product all i can say is im happy with the product. Quality top notch 👌Their WhatsApp is very convenient and they respond very. Good customer service. Delivery estimated date was as promised.

Disappointed in refund policy
I was at footgear vosloorus branch to do a layby refund. For sneaker I bought but when i get there they told me they don’t give refund or voucher to use it later i need to get something.reason for cancellation was I visited another footgear branch and i find promotion and sneaker that i like then I bought there thinking I will refund the other 1 i was disappointed because now i have used the money was not budgeted. And their refund policy doesn’t state all this.i should have not spend my money. Now im forced to spend money there whether i like it or.

Experience with snatcher it’s amazing I ordered my blender and its was delivered according to the agreement. Help centre was very helpful. I changed my delivery address I registered with first time ordering.by email all was changed very fast. Thier service its not inconvenient convenient 🥰
