One of your consultants is harassing me, the client scratched my car I have a police report where the officer explained that each part fixes their own car. One of your consultants keeps calling, shouting at me where I have explained what happened. The accident happened on the 4th October 2025 only to find out on ne of the mails he sent there was another accident that happened to the same car on the 5th October. futhermore he called my ex employer about this, when returning the call He is unavailble. He threatened me that I woukd see what would happen if I dont pay for the car of which the offical said each party should fix their own cars. I am disappointed in your consultant and hope to hear from you
One of you clients scratched my car while I was reversing from a parking lot. She didn't stop, didn't want us to take pictures. We went to the local police station there is a case number. 6he officer advised us to each fix our own cars we didn't exchange any details and we parted ways. A month later I got a letter of demand she wants me to fix her car for all scratches and it's not agreed on. You company and client is demanding payment. She didn't dispute when the officer told her. I have been asking for assistance of my account I made a payment on the 17th December 2022 and I was billed end of December they want me to pay December twice and nobody can answer or assist. My accounts managed isnt even taking my calls. I really wish somebody could explain why the account is being billed twice.
Since I have joined Vox it has been a worst experience. I took out a LTE package last year October and January I moved to the Satellite 10mbps uncapped package. The LTE was supposed to be moved to the Satellite package as per conversation with my salesmanager. He decided to cancel it and not inform me. I have been calling him and all he says is he will be getting back to me but never does. He no longer picks up my calls and has become rude. He sent me a whatsapp that they made a mistake with my account. I have all the mail conversations with him and the accounts department. I have been sending mails nobody at vox has ever gotten back to me. My account has been canceled and even sent mails for legal payments. The fault was not on my side. I have been asking for help from vox but nobody gets back to me at all. Can I honestly get help
I have never seen a rude guy who would shout at you and take his time to fix your vehicle after he tells you that your vehicle will always come at this moment it has water leak after it left his warehouse he doesn't want to fix it tells me it's not his problem but It wasn't leaking when it got there. Hardy has no customer skills he would drop the phone on your ear and tell you he would leave your car outside and it's not his responsibility meanwhile you have a receipt saying that you have have 14 days guarantee. My 14 days isn't even over but I found my car outside his workshop, he was rude we had to beg him if he managed to check it. He is rude and arrogant
The whole service from Vox is rubbish. The Kimberley region and the consultant who was helping. Tells me to cancel my service, next moment it will be up in the evening. They are a bunch of lies. They cost my job as I am working from home. They are quick to sign you up and get a deal closed but after that you are all your own. Poor bad and worse service from the whole box team
I took the unlimited satellite package it has been suspended company says I owe R24000 for a cancelation I didn't take. The consultant keeps coming with stories to call me back. It was reinstated bur problem is with Usat they can only help me on Monday. Since Monday I have been fighting im told if I cant wait I should go somewhere else
Im so tired of asking for assistance. The consultant would get you to take a package and not cancel the current one. Nobody would help you'd send mails currently im owing 22k for something I'm using
