I bought a wig on the 11th of March 2026, it was supposed to come in a space of 3-5 days, Today is the 18th of March 2026, despite all efforts to get help, i still haven't received my order. the only comms i received from Amazon was confirmation of the successful order payment. since then, i have not received anything. all emails and automated comms platforms on their website are not working, they literally send an error message immediately. I contacted the supplier directly, which is Boity`s Hair. I sent them POP. I managed to get a response from Tumi via WhatsApp line who was willing to assist me by contacting Amazon SA to check the status of the order, she confirmed that on her side, there's no money that came through nor an order from Amazon SA. she later came back to me saying i must deal with Amazon directly because if she continues dealing with me they will take her products down on their site. ( so i guess she was threatened) . i dont want this hair anymore, i just want my money back!
i placed an order in DECEMBER 2020..Was meant to be a gift i still don't have it yet im being harassed to pay for it. i call for hours, get put on hold for hours. i write emails no "Supervisor"nor manager is calling me back or writiting back to help me get my order or get this order removed from my account because i did not receive it!!!!! what is so difficult to get this done???
Im disappointed with the online shopping experience at MR PRICE. 1. I HAVE PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON THE 11 DECEMBER THAT AMOUNTED TO R2 418,97. 2. I ONLY GOT AN EMAIL THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON THE 8TH OF JANUARY 2021, STILL WHEN I CALL THE MR PRICE STORE IN KROONSTAD WHERE I ASKED THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED, THEY DIDNT HAVE IT!!!! 3. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HEAD OFFICE AND SENDING EMAILS SINCE THEN AND NOT GETTING A RESPONSE 4.THIS ORDER INCLUDED A CELLPHONE WHICH "GOT SENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE" IM NOT SURE WHY BECAUSE EVEN WHEN THE ORDER GOT DELIVERED I WAS NEVER CALLED!!! I HAD TO BE THE ONE MAKING ENDLESS CALLS TO FOLLOWUP ON WHERETHE ORDER IS 5. LASTWEEK I CALLED IN AGAIN, LERATO & SIBUSISO TOLD ME THAT REGARDING THE CELLPHONE, I WILL HAVE TO RE-ORDER IT AND THAT IT WILL BE CREDITED BACK ON MY ACCOUNT! THIS MORNING IM GETTING A STATEMNT THAT IS INCLUSIVE OF CELLPHONE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE!! THIS IS RUBBISH!! A CELLPHONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GIFT!!! I DEMAND THEY CREDIT BACK THAT ENTIRE ONLINE ORDER OF THE 11 DECEMBER 2020 BECAUSE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM OF IT WITH ME!!!!!!

My husband and I are buying a house. During credit checks, they picked up that my loan account with Capitec isn't up to date which is a lie. We went to the Northgate branch and they refused to give us a letter but a statement from December 2014, stating that they are not allowed, i have to call the call centre even though they were also surprised to not find any of this allegations.We submitted the statement and the agents still insist on us getting a letter from Capitec. I have called Capitec the whole day, being tossed from one Dept to another, nobody wants to help me, they claim that they are not allowed to give out letters like that! For God's sake my account is not behind, I'm their client, and if Big 4 Banks can offer people such letters, what is Capitec?? I don't know how I should explain to them that I need a letter not a statement that my account is up to date, I know and they know that..a 3 liner letter with a stamp and signature from them only! Is it such a huge request??? Must I forfeit a house because they don't want to send such a simple letter?
