Traffic Department poor service
I've been at Coligny Traffic Department since 7:30am and I must the service rendered here is deplorable to say the least. We get to be told that the person doing vehicle licenses is out with no clear experience as to where he went. Then he comes back almost an hour later with no apology at all to us clients standing in a que with no chairs to sit on I mean what kind of service is that and that from a government department.

Poor business strategies repo without creditor being present customer info discussed with neighbors
I'm rating Gem a 1 if I could add a review without rating them I would. I bought from Gem back in July 2023 and missed a few payments Gem then went to my home to harass people who have no relation to my account with them in anyway shape or form. They went into the house and repossessed the goods without any signatures without the creditor being present or consenting and even went as far as contravention the POPI Act and discussed my account and the content of my account with the neighbor showing her when last did I pay and how many months in arrears I am. To top it all up I did not even receive a call from their head office or my salesman or the manager just to let me know that their rude drivers are coming to repo at my house. The service at Gem Furniture Potchefstroom under the inept leadership of Bernadette Kruger is a total and utter disgrace to say the least.

Refund not given whereas the goods where never collected
Struggling to get my refund on items that I did not collect in the first place as I had tried to collect them some 4 months back because I had lost my tax invoices and I was told that I cannot receive the goods without a tax invoice as proof, today i managed to get those tax invoices now I'm being told a different story as opposed to the previous one my only question is if their system is not showing it and it appears to show that it was collected why is my tax invoice not stamped as per usual and if it is collected who signed for it and what is the registration number of the vehicle that picked the goods up so i can open a case against the person who picked it up and signed for it

Scammers
This ****** inaconnect deducted R97 from my account whereas I never even authorized any debicheck nor even agreed with anyone to debit money from my account on top of that I have no bussiness whatsoever with them. They are a bunch of scammers
