I love the atmosphere. The waiters attends to the customers needs. A variety of great food options and service is quick and efficient.
Telkom has the worst customer service, I have been battling since April to get hold of any one that can assist me with my faulty laptop that only worked properly for a month. TELKOM says they don't deal with laptop repairs, their staff is incompetent as I spoke to over 5 consultants, eventually I saw the warranty details on my laptop box, which I then contacted Lenova, and said that they can't help me with my laptop online as they don't know what's the problem, I must take it to a partner to fix, this is ridiculous. A brand new laptop that isn't working. I tried calling telkom again, the Sales Consultant by the name of Thandeka, hang up twice as I was trying to explain my situation, I then called back and the consultant said, her manager would give me a call back. By my surprise I haven't received a call back. I am paying for a laptop that does not work, this is ridiculous. As I feel I do not want this laptop any longer. They cannot offer me an exchange or upgrade, non of the consultants have been any help thus far. I would not recommend this company to any body. I'm frustrated as I cannot do any work!
I bought a Lenovo ideapad 3 at the end of March 2022, the laptop has been giving me issues since I switched it on. I bought the laptop via Telkom and paying R600 a month for nothing because I am unable to do anything with the laptop. All programs says not responding, the laptop is extremely slow. I chatted to a agent via what'sapp the laptop worked for 1 day and went back to program not responding. I am unable to type or browse on the laptop. The customer support is terrible because I am unable to speak to an agent via the phone or take it for repairs. I feel that this product is a waste of money. It's extremely frustrating trying to get anything done when the laptop just freezes all the time. Telkom has no knowledge on the repair process or how to assistant a customer if the laptop is faulty. Both Telkom and Lenovo has very poor customer service! Very unhappy and unsatisfied.
I bought a bed in end of 2019. Two and half years later, the Mattress has completely sagged and is unbearable to sleep on. The mattress is under 10 years warranty, I tried contacting them several times, eventually, a consultant emailed to say she would send my complaint to the supplier, two weeks later still no response. Very unhappy, waste of money and. Terrible customer service!!!
