Excellent Service & Fast Delivery
I used Legend Removals three weeks ago for my relocation from Pretoria to Durban, and despite the short notice I had given them for the move, they were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. I had requested quotes from several other companies, but none could match the competitive price offered by these guys. Not to mention that their service truly exceeded my expectations. They arrived right on time to collect my belongings, and the biggest surprise was how quickly everything was delivered. When I flew to Durban the next day, the truck arrived just a few hours after me. They had literally transported my goods within a single day. The efficiency, reliability, and affordability were outstanding. I will definitely be using Legend Removals again in the future and wouldn’t consider anyone else.

I purchased a pet carrier on special with a black Friday discount, and I received the item with a missing door. The Makro call centre was absolutely *********** and didn't assist me at all in getting this issue resolved. I couldn't find this exact pet carrier anywhere else especially for the price I paid for it. I like the product, but unfortunately as a customer we are unable to hold anyone responsible for an issue as ridiculous as this. I will never recommend purchasing anything on Makro online. They have third party sellers, understandable, but they clearly DONOT know how online shopping works or even has a proper system in place. I have been a customer for many years, but this is definitely my last time.

It was an excellent experience
It was an excellent experience. I appreciated the cheerful assistance provided from Chad Lewis. He was extremely friendly and patient with me despite the busy evening that I had going on. The call was informative and he made sure that he covered all the points just so I was not confused. Speaking with him till I reached home after a tiring day at work was an absolute pleasure.
