In December 2024 I purchased a watch, The next morning when I checked on my app, my purchase was cancelled without any valid reason. Now they go to my accout and take my money without my consent saying that I signed up for takealormore something, I mean I hardly use their service, why will I sign up for something that will debit every month..takealot I want my money back...

I bought a new Nissan Magnite on May from BB Sinoville Nissan. I received a gòod service from them throughout the buying process and I was promised R2000 cash from the sales person by the name of Alpheous Khobo, such a hypocrite or that is the strategy he use to of giving empty promises to get sales. Mind you, his exact words was this is a token of appreciation for being a loyal customer but sad to say that is where good service ended. After 6 months doing follow up about my R2000, I am given the run arounds. I even escalated the matter to his senior by the name of George and got the shock of my life by his response" Morning. We have spoken to Alpeus and he said he will pay the money to you. This is an agreement between yourself and Alpheus and not between you and BB Sinoville. He has given myself and our DP the assurance that he will pay. Trust this is in order." Like seriously
Well at first, I was a bit sceptical and thought this is a scam however I did use my voucher and paid that R500 refundable fee, went on my vacation at sudwala lodge which I enjoyed and came back and got that R500 paid back in my account. I'm a happy client,
So they eventually called me to cancel my subscription after numerous times trying to get hold of them. Now they say I must pay RAM R250 on top of the R750 they say I owe to collect their rooter, I mean how pathetic is that...and listen to this, if I don't pay RAM by Friday to collect the rooter, they will charge me R2500..please balance me here
I have received pathetic service from Supersonic. I sent email in March 2022 for cancelation which I have proof of and was promised someone will call me to finalize the cancelation and I have made numerous follow-up and I am being told the same thing every time and I am sitting with a R750 bill???
