Two months on, despite numerous promises, no COC received. Also, extended a loan to Hansie to assist his business six weeks ago, and again, despite numerous promises, no payment has been received. I now have to incur legal costs to recoup funds advanced to Hansie.

Firstly, please do not phone me as I spent in excess of 2 hours on the phone today with various of your so-called customer care consultants and team leaders to resolve an issue caused by Vodacom's inaccuracy and inability to process a request correctly.Secondly, I have two phone and two data lines with Vodacom and I have been a customer for close to 20 years and regard myself as a very good customer.<br> The facts: On my contract, phone number 0826756049, which is on a Top Up contract was due for an upgrade.<br> I requested that this contract be upgraded to a Smart S package and I was offered a Blackberry Z3 on the Smart S package. I never requested a new contract or line, merely an upgrade that was due and a package migration from Top Up to Smart S. NO forms where sent to approve the upgrade. The phone was sent and received. A migration form was duly signed and submitted.Then I get an sms with new line number.<br> So I contact your so-called customer care. They say it is a new contract. The more I tell them it is an upgrade of an existing line the more they argue the new line issue.I asked them to go the recordings of my request to verify that I requested an upgrade and NOT a new line.
