Ibwent therevti purchase x2 simcards and a cell phone , KG the assistant who was helping me , ende up licking his pen and putting it in his mouth and then insisting i sign the paperwork with the same pen , i ended up throwing the sim cards i purchased with Data away after paying for then , although i sanitized my hands and tod him not to put it in his mouth he still did it , and touched the simcards and all , i know we are back to normal but thats how another corona outbreak starts , where should i buy a phone now vodacom?
I went there after a long time , (due to a bad experience), just to find broken machines that start rolling automatic and eat all your money , i could not stop the machine , and when i asked the Floor staff about that , they said :"choose another machine sorry" So does my experience not matter at tsogo sun?
I found a deal stating i would pay end of 30/06/2022 , R699 with no installation or hardware fees , On 19/06/2022 i haven't even recieved my hardware or wifi but they deducted R2441.00 , highly dissatisfied, will NOT reccomend them , (they returned R901.00)
They are useless , this is the 2nd mknth that they charge me over R500 for acc fees , i WILL close my account to.orrow and go to FNB/Discovery ,
