I bought my SIM card at the store, and the lady who was assisting me registered my SIM card. When I had to start using it, they informed me that my SIM card was suspended. When I call TFG Connect, they tell me that my SIM card is not registered. They said MTN will look into the matter, but feedback never came back. I had to call again, and a Team leader said he would request them to prioritize this matter. Till today, the SIM card is still not working
The frontline service was great nice experience
I went to store to change my payment method from 12 months to 6 months. At the store they told me I need to contact head office. I just contacted head office and they telling me they cannot change my payment method to 6 months but they can only change to 12 months only. What kind of system is this.... It only favours them to charge us for interests and not assist customers
