Bought online, but product was not delivered within 25 days. Had to call 3 times, no follow up, no return of calls, just lies about the courier having the product, but then later I was told they did not have stock. I would not use them. Seriously. Rather crawl to the shop.

Delivery ********** 67 I would rather not purchase online from Zando.... After spending another two hours on this delivery, I have to confirm that it was not delivered to my home address today (or at any time for that matter). I am very disappointed at the way that this has delivery has been handled by Zando for the following reasons: 1. No feedback from the courier company. I recieved sms's from Dawn Wing, and I have even replied to them, but no response. 2. I am still not sure where the problem originated with the initial delivery- there has been no explanation as to who Lindi is/was (the person that my package was delivered to). 3. Why was my address changed from the one that I provided, and that all my past deliveries went to? 3. The delivery today did not happen. My concierge keen a delivery schedule and there were no deliveries today. They have requested time and signature details, as deliveries to my apartment building can be easily verified. Please supply the details. 4. Why was I not informed of the delivery? No apology from Dawn Wing. No apology from Zando either. 5. Jamie-Lee has really been helpful, but getting this far has taken a lot of calls and time from my side, to try and sort out. It has become a very painful and horrible process, something that I wish I never had entered into. It has turned me off shopping on Zando. I am without my money, without the product, and without reasons as to why this has now taken a week to resolve. If I had purchased these sunglasses at Sandton City, I would have paid R100 more, but not have spent R100 on phone calls and hours of my time to resolve. What Zando should be doing is just sending the correct product and sorting out the issues with the courier company- I am unhappy at the level of action taken on this delivery, and I would like to request that this is escalated.
Look at the complements for these people on HelloPeter- all done by first time visitors on this site- all fake I tell you. They don't keep their promises- it is a big scam
