Worst experience I ever had with a courier company. My parcel was to be delivered on a Monday - order placed at Makro - I never heard anything from anyone. The next day I received an SMS stating that my parcel could not be delivered. I phoned the call center and no one was helpful, they kept transferring me to another number of which there was never any answer, then you have to call again and wait in line to start the process all over. It took me two weeks to get hold of someone helpful. The person confirmed my contact details and all was correct, yet he said the tracking system indicated that there were no contact details, but everything was confirmed to be correct (Lazy people not willing to deliver the parcel or call you). Just a bad overall service delivery. Bad business for Makro as I would not purchase anything online from them very soon unless they change courier partners.
Extremely bad service. My company is a "partner" with FinYou to enable the company to provide credit to customers. Since day one there was no service. They claim to manage the admin of the credit process, but do nothing. They are just after as many R350 p/month admin fees as they can get. I have cancelled my contract with them, yet still they are debiting the R350 every month. I cannot get them to stop the debit order - they do not reply to emails, no one answers the phones. The bank cannot assist to stop the debit order as the FinYou has to stop processing from their side, sadly this is not possible as they don't bother to answer any form of communication. It seems they are busy with fraud.
Great service from John Mahlaude. He went the extra mile to ensure my new vehicle is delivered as soon as possible. Vehicle was received in perfect condition. Very happy with the team 🙌🏼
