I am raising a serious concern regarding how my booking amendment was handled, as I ended up paying more than I should have due to flawed and unfair billing. I initially paid R1541.90 via Agoda for two sleeper rooms at a discounted rate. Upon arrival, I needed to amend the booking to accommodate five people and was advised to upgrade one room to a three-sleeper. I agreed to pay the difference, as expected. However, what is completely unacceptable is that my original payment of R1541.90 was effectively disregarded in the recalculation. Instead of adjusting the total cost based on what I had already paid, the staff member calculated a top-up using the full, undiscounted room rate difference (R1300 – R645.45), without properly factoring in my existing payment. As a result, I ended up paying more overall than I would have if the pricing had been handled fairly and consistently. This defeats the entire purpose of booking through a platform like Agoda to secure discounted rates. The issue is not the calculation itself, but the fact that my original payment was not meaningfully app**** to the revised booking total. This lack of transparency and inconsistent pricing approach resulted in me being financially disadvantaged. When I attempted to question this at the time, my concerns were dismissed without a clear explanation. I was not provided with a full recalculated total reflecting both my original payment and the amended booking. To avoid further inconvenience, I paid the requested amount. However, I believe I was unfairly overcharged. I am requesting: - A clear explanation of why my original payment of R1541.90 was not properly considered in the amendment - A full recalculation of the booking reflecting what I had already paid - A refund of the excess amount charged This situation reflects poorly on the establishment’s pricing transparency and customer service, and I expect it to be addressed appropriately.
I ordered on SHEIN on 31/10/22 and Buffalo Logistics lost my 2 of my parcels. SHEIN then reprocessed my orders but buffalo has been failing to transfer the old customs I paid to the New orders! It’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received my orders! They don’t even reply to emails when you contact them! Honestly they are the Pits!!!! 😡😡😡😡
A complete scam, I took my car to a dealership it’s due for service 30 000km they told the dealership to return my car to me because the car isn’t due for service according to their records!! How??? I baught the car with 13****m on it. Am I supposed to skip my 30000 km service? Now I’ve made an excess of over 10 calls this morning and every time they shut the call on me, what constitutes for this kind of dishonesty? My car needs to be serviced, I’ve already paid for it to be serviced but now I can’t get it serviced because these people are avoiding me. Absolute f&ckery at its best
