These ****ers have been taking my money for the past two years and not updating it with credit bureaus and they refusing to send me my statement
I took a month loan last year but may status on the loan shows that it is still open instead of paid off, please update and close this as it is affecting my score, I will never take a loan again from these people
I bought a Base set Edblo Daphne bed at Fair price in Rustenburg at Tlhabane Square on the 1st February 2022, a month down the line the bed started making funny noises and I reported to the shop and they said they will get authorization for me to get a new one and I waited till 29th of June 2022 for the Authorization to be approved. I went to the shop last week Friday to hear what is going on and they say they don't know the the procedure for changes, I mean I am so angry right now because I bought a bed for R6000 which was in poor condition and I still haven't received any assistance 7 months down the line. Poor quality from Edblo and Fair price Tlhabane Square. Wouldn't recommend both their service to anyone.
So now King Price declined to pay out my claim. Reason being, the rear tyres were worn out. I'm talking about fresh tyres. The so-called tyre specialist they employed will be put to the test as I'm willing to deploy my lawyers to verify these claims as well as have our own tyre specialist. From there we'll escalate this matter to the FAIS Ombudsman. I'd like anyone who reads this to know what kind of company King Price is. If you have a policy, think twice before proceeding with it. If you were thinking of switching to King Price, think twice. I've never had this headache when lodging a claim before. My next car and those of my family, we are moving.
I'm shocked and appalled by the unreasonable questions asked by one Anton Niemann the assessor working for King Price on my claims case. The accident happened on the 15th of March and to this day the so-called investigation is still on going. The one question that really got to me is: do you know how deep your tyre threads need to be in order to consider your tyres roadworthy? Is this a question that needs to be directed to me as a client? Now they want to send their so-called tyre specialists, to do what? What's their criteria on worn out tires? I'm still shocked that when you need your insurance at such critical moments these are the type of questions one has to put up with. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my family or friends.
