With upcoming school concert, Pick n Pay clothing came to my rescue
With upcoming school concert, Pick n Pay clothing came to my rescue. All the stores around me sorted the sizes and quantities I needed. A huge thank you to the area manager Tebogo for collection at the different branches and having them ready for collection at Brits branch. Special mention to Cassandra, Hazel and Mpho for finding everything we needed. You guys saved the day and will bring many smiles to the kids on stage. Such wonderful service
Such wonderful service. The consultant who helped me is very professional and super friendly. She helped me in more ways than asked, and also helped me top up my existing plan to make sure my cover is on point if the need arises for a claim. Everything done in a matter of minutes over the phone. Such a convenient way to get things sorted. She is an absolute angel. Most helpful person with a passion for her work and understanding my needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND APPRECIATED ❤️

Exceptional Air-conditioner repair and maintenance
Will definitely recommend this company. Clive and Charles helped repair and maintenance on my Samsung Air-conditioner. Willing to go the extra mile and even helped after hours. Exceptional customer service
Very well kept and maintenance done daily. Open roads, clean pools, well stocked shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our chalet was cleaned daily by such nice staff. The animals are well looked after and loads to see. This was our third visit and will definitely be going again.

POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
The most unresponsive service provider...spoke to salesperson, installer, area manager...vodafone customer service and no one is able to give any answers as to why fibre is off for 5 days already. Everyday the same story.."they are escalating the situation"..."they are looking into the problem"...."my problem is on hand"...after 5 days and still stuck with no internet and no answers. Hopefully this review will let other consumers think twice before choosing Vodacom.
