Four Cousins restaurant was the best classy restaurant in Robertsons and always enjoyed eating there but the last time 27/03/2024 we had a bad experience due to an incident that a couple was allowed in badly intoxicated under the influence of alcohol. So badly disturbed by there behavior because they was drinking brake the glasses and there was a mess. When I called the waitron and inquired about this and why are people allowed under the influence and in a bad stage allowed to come in and sit we received an answerd that they are also customer and can sit. If that is going to be the future answer then I'll rather go another restaurant.

Bad after service with insurance.
Daleen Liebenberg.Hope I do understand you well, they will only give me the amount 40% of the claim less R500. So why did I do the effort to get a consultant, Chester to come home and do a home visit for the inventory list and the quotation at my home and they did not do a inventory of the items I did pay the amount of R4000.00 for the insurance of they don't want even to pay the claimed amount. That is not even all that was damaged, like scratches on the othet furniture. I feel that they can do better. Because if this is the case I'll the go to helo Peter and write a review about the bad after care with insurance. I did not ask for a lower price I did pay this amount of your quote in cash. I hope AON can resolve this as son as possible because this is now from March 2022 and we are in July 2022 now. That was my last mail to them. The only want to refund 50% of the damage and then I still have to pay R500.00 rand to activate the claim. Previously my move from North-West to Western Cape was excellent that is why I use them again. But I'm so disappointed this time.
