Bad service
Bad assistance claiming funeral Policy!! I had a terrible experience with a funeral policy claim all documents was handed in on the 15th April I went into the branch at Eldorado Park Capitec and had such bad assistance by a male consultant named Pastor he was not able to help sufficiently. I went into the branch again on the 16 April 2025 still no feedback and the funeral is on the 19 April worse experience EVER with a very bad female manager the WORST!!

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit service ever you pay them but they still deduct from your account
This is really a **** company won't even recommend it to anyone I skipped one payment only and get handed to the debtor collector department spoke to many rude agents one by the name of trudy as well only 2 agent were helpful the rest don't know customer service laugh at clients and speak over a person I was told to pay via eft late the night they deduct the money from my account now I have to keep calling in for my own money how long does a f@#$ refund request take they can see the money but it's unconfirmed what the hell is the debt collecting department not doing and when asked if one can speak to a team leader you are told they are busy with escalations and can't take any calls your agents are not customer friendly fire them just because of my colored accent and address in eldos I don't get treated like others mind you my bill says i owe them triple the amount now

What a ****ty service so far I got a watch as a gift from someone took it to eloff to make it small for it to fit me the watch circles inside fell off took it back to eloff they booked it in for repairs what a nightmare I had to wait two months received it Friday it came back worse you can literally see the ****en black glue on the watch circles are replaced ****ty I didn't expect this from the head office the services is really poor I went to southgate for an exchange this rude unprofessional guy told me straight with a **** attitude I should go back to eloff street imagine he called his manager she took my details I have been waiting for a call since this morning from her some random guy could see what is wrong with the watch but they can't see anything wrong I won't ever buy something from this shop the worse service ever received
