I purchased a base and mattress from the mattress company in ruining featherbrook shopping centre on the 22 June and paid cash. The sales man was friendly and helpful until my mattress was was delivered and was too high. The delivery guy from the store advised that I go to the store immediately to share my concerns so they can do the exchange for me of which I did and that's when everything changed. I was found at fault for not knowing the mattress would be too when it gets to myhouse. Even though they don't have it displayed in a way a walk in customer can see the height of what they buying. I. Now being told it will cost me R1850 to do an exchange even though initially this was not shared with me when I purchased. Im highly dissapointed as this is a new store in my area that I was supporting and I'm not willing to pay an additional R2000 for something I didn't and can't use and for being seen as a problem for raising my concerns, this is a serious TCF implication and I will take this matter further if I'm not treated fairly abd would rather cancel everything
I bought a laptop from takealot and on the 12 Jan i returned the laptop as it was making a breathing sound when i charge. i logged my return and explained reasons for return and asked they replace the laptop with a diff brand of the same value of money i paid. Takealot has declined my request and saying there is nothing faulty with the laptop however they have not returned the laptop to me. i responded to an email i received from Nazmeerah and i have not received any response to date. I have been inconvinened due to their lack or sense of urgency even after i explained to them i need this laptop for my son as schools are open, every time i call the call centre they tell me they logging a request with the warehouse and will cc me in that mail, to date no mail has been received. im disgusted by Takealot's lack of efforts to assist me with my query and at this point want a full refund and i will purchase a laptop from a reputable store
I've been battling with netstar for months now. I took over my brothers account and to date no device was installed in my vehicle. I've tried to explain this to one of the consultants who called me to say my account was in arreas and she just said okay. I'm told I owe. What do I owe when this process never started. I've sent emails to netstar and no response was given
Frustrating dealing with old mutual and doing back and forth. My car was towed 4th of May and it took over 20 days for authorization to be given to the repairs. I'm told it will take another month before I receive my car. And rushed to return the courtesy car as I'm told I only have 30 days yet the delay is on their side. Feedback from them is inconsistent. I don't want them as my insurer once I get my vehicle back. For this premium I pay I'm disappointed
