We have had booked our car for Friday 19 December 2015. The lady we had spoken to had confirmed this. I'm a working class individual. I had taken time off work to take the car to update the software because things were not working. I live 1 and a half hours away from pine Town but they are the only people who have the equipment to do the update. After confirming the booking this Friday with us this morning. I get a call saying they can't see us because they are fill. This booking was confirmed mind you. When I called to talk to Dean Pillay. He was very arrogant and unhelpful. This booking was made well in advance. He's the manager on the service department and he was telling us to call the woman even though we don't have the name. He is the manager. That is this department yet he can't assist. Saying things like "If we continue talking things can't change. ". Poor service and lousy manager who can't help. I wouldn't recommend buying a car this them. The "manager" of the Service department in charge shouldn't be so arrogant to customers

I am a regular at mitabytes. I go there a couple times a months for a very long time. I want 2 gigabit switches. I was told that the gigabit poe switch was R469 ( on black Friday special) and I've driven from well over an hour for this and when I got there I was given the products ( 2 poe Switches). And was told that I was given the wrong price. I communicated directly with the person from the store yet they aren't liable for this? What happened to the customer is always right? I had it written in hand. They should of given it to me at that price specifically because i drove along way for i and because that was what i was told. I will no longer be doing business with them after this.
They truly lack common knowledge. They keep cutting the electricity in small towns instead of big city's so they can make more money. If you think about it how many more people, homes, offices, Rooms, lights and television are there in cities compared to town. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying that only the cities need Load Shedding there should be a setting out table of every city, town and or village to have load shedding so people like me don't have to sit in the dark for 7 plus hours and this all stems from the corruption in the government and Eskom. Everyone in the world wants money, I'll only protect themselves and leave the lower class people to fend for themselves. Truly revolting.
I paid for a ps5 digital Mega Bundle which was R11 799 and requested a refund. They told me to wait 72 hours after that I emailed them again more than once yet still no response and they never answer... I normally don't write reviews but this is alot of money... I'm really disappointed and don't recommend them to anyone under any circumstances... it's very unprofessional
