Don't Trust them with money. They don't deliver.
A bunch of Crooks. Took money as payment for batteries ordered online and could not deliver as had no stock and offered an alternative cheap Chinese battery or my money back. I chose to have my money back but they only refunded a portion of the payment. Kept R1350 back and kept promising they would refund it, but after 3 months I have handed it over to consumer protection.

Steps up when you need it most.
The emotional stress of medical procedures is further compounded by the stress of the medical aid only paying less than half of your surgeon and anesthetist charges. Having had 2 procedures in a week, the medical costs not covered by medical aid were mounting up fast. Gratefully my Gap cover with Total Risk Administrators (TRA) came to the rescue and covered the balance of the claims, so apart from 2 minor costs from the hospital (Medical aid would not cover the cost of the gown, or rental of one of the machines used, but that only came to R1,200 in total) which is clearly stated as not being covered by the gap cover, I am super happy. Thank you TRA, I bless the day we joined you and the years of paying the premiums were justified that we did not have to find a huge lump sum to pay. I am so appreciative.
