Don't Trust them with money. They don't deliver.
A bunch of Crooks. Took money as payment for batteries ordered online and could not deliver as had no stock and offered an alternative cheap Chinese battery or my money back. I chose to have my money back but they only refunded a portion of the payment. Kept R1350 back and kept promising they would refund it, but after 3 months I have handed it over to consumer protection.

Good delivery turnaround time and customer support
I ordered from SBE Solar for the first time through their online shop. 2 of their batteries on special and 3 of the 275W Solar Panels, the items were were delivered well on time and in good condition (Have had issues with state of items with other providers) Great job with this order and appreciate the technical knowledge with their customer support. I have already recommended them to our family friends and relatives; good job and look forward to my next order once ready

Delayed Delivery but good service
After a purchase, Martin asked me if I could give a review on Hellopeter, so here I am. I ordered a 10kwh 200amps LCB battery for my home with 4 panels, for my office I got their lithium battery. I am in Durban I had no choice but to otp I for delivery since they do free delivery. delivery was expected within 3 days but took a week, it had a little bit anxious but it finally arrived and I'm happy with everything. only gave 4 stars because of delivery time others everything is good.
