MY PHONE HAS BEEN SOLD AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT
IT TOOK FOREVER TO SELL MY PHONE AND PHONETRADR WAS HELPFUL AND THE SALE WAS CONFIRMED A FEW MONTHS LATER. I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THE SALE HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND A TRANSFER WOULD USUALLY TAK 10 WORKING DAYS THIS WAS ON THE 28TH OF JUNE - IT IS NOW 15 DAYS LATER - I HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON AN ETA AND RECEIVED 4 RESPONSES CONFIRMING A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE MADE - AT MY WITS END THIS MORNING I TRIED THE LANDLINE THREE TIMES AND THE CALL WAS NOT EVEN ANSWERED...

FITBIT WARRANTY
I purchased my versa 3 from total sports in Claremont who told me that the watch has a 2 yr warranty, should the device fail within the first year the warranty will be held by total sports and should it fail in the second year the warranty needs to be logged with Fitbit via the app. The first year warranty lapses in September 2022 and I had reported the warranty to Fitbit in October 2022 Absolutely all necessary information was provided and proof that the failed device was not damaged but will no longer switch on if it is not connected to the charger. A CLEAR PRODUCT FAILURE. I received confirmation that the warranty had lapsed and I am on my own, warranty reneged. I have escalated and referred my complaint more that once with no response. SHOCKING AFTER SALE SERVICE

The repairs were completed and I have my Vehicle back and couldn't be happier! They are professional, efficient, always reachable, and willing to assist with any and all service query/complaint. Just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Deep South Towing for the amazing service and all the assistance they gave me when my vehicle was in an accident in May 2022, they were extremely helpful, and efficient and were on site within minutes to assist me! Will definitely recommend - Excellent Service
