STAY AWAY PLEASE😔😔
Stay away from them😔. They phased out copper lines in our area and the landline and WiFi stopped working. We couldn’t receive or make calls , there was no service at all. So we were mislead into new contract under the impression that we are migrating to the new services available. We were supposed to start with fibre to finish the migration for the WiFi part to be sorted. The technician came, to do installation and after we had two phones in one office. To our surprise there was no migration done, we were being billed for the phased out copper line that was not functional for few weeks, plus the new contract **** that came under the migration impression. We requested the cancellation of the “new” contract migration, since it does not make sense to have two contracts under one number for a small business. This “new contract migration “ happened in April, and for us to get rid of it we have to pay R12 900 in less than 3 weeks because that statement came in today,money is due on the 4th of October.No one wants to hear that we were mislead into this. We are being charged twice to this date. Only the Landline was restored, we don’t have WiFi since April up to date but we have been paying. It looks like hard to get rid of them based on the reviews. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM. JUST STAY FAR, YOUR POCKET AND YOUR CREDIT RECORD WILL THANK YOU FOR THIS.

SCAM, DON'T ENTERT
SCAM!!!!!!!!! The smartest worst scammers ever, please don't entertain them. They come in various forms, to us they pretended to be one of the biggest cellular networks, which we currently have a contract with. The phone call was about updating the details and they get you to sign a document with terms and conditions WRITTEN IN SMALLER PRINT, that has nothing to do with upgrading the details. The next thing it's an invoice of R15 000 that is due in seven days, and cancelation seems impossible because you cannot reach them on the listed number................. Be alert!!!!!!!!

IT LOOKS A REAL SCAM WITH AN EXPERIENCED TEAM
I received a call from one of their employees , she was advertising a solution which I received and paid for on the 23rd of February 2022. A month later another solution was delivered, and prior to the delivery a man by the name Ryan called me and said I was suppose to receive two bottles not one so I must look out for the next delivery with reward/gift card. Few days after the delivery I received a called from a lady which introduced herself as Sivu demanding proof of payment for the 2nd solution I was supposed to receive all altogether with the first delivery. They refused return, she said their policy does not allow that and it was a mistake that will never happen again. I PAID another amount, that was on the 26th of May 2022. I requested they close our account because I was not treated fairly, I did not receive the response. The beginning of this week a different person, I think Shantel or a name similar to that, has been calling us regarding cartridge , I told her we have supplier for our printer because it's a contract deal with KONICA few minutes later a guy is now calling you to confirm the order you did not place, I told him NO, I don't want any products from you, we have own suppliers. They speak so fast that you are not given enough chance to engage very well. So the endless calls this week made me check these people out ,only to find all the bad reviews on this platform. In just a day away from the office, they are now calling and informing my colleagues of an outstanding amount of the solution, which I paid and forwarded them proof of payments. For those who have accounts with them already, advice each other specifically in your working spaces not to entertain them at all and if possible NOT to sign for deliveries you have no knowledge of. For those who have not started, STAY AWAY. One last thing, their email works only when they sent you invoices, but they did not reply to any messages. Record everything, so should there be a need to involve the law you have evidence. IT'S A VERY LONG TEXT,BUT WORTH THE READ BECAUSE IT SOUNDED GENUINE INITITIALLY WHEN THEY WERE ADVERTSING.
