Poor service
The Mint hotel at 84 Kathrine in Sandton does not have sufficient geyser capacity to caters for all their clients. This morning, there was no hot water. The maintenance guy told me that I have to wake up early if I want to get hot water, which is absurd. Hotel management did not bother to make arrangements.

Poor service
Took my car in for service in 2021 and 2022, and both times my air filter was not changed and yet i was charged for it. 2023 vehicle assessments revealed that the air filter had not been changed for 2 years.
