Second time I am writing a review about Vodacom's pathetic fibre. Everytime there's load shedding I lose connectivity. I can't watch TV, as there is no internet. I have an inverter but it defeats the purpose as Vodacom's fibre keeps going out when there's load shedding. They have a standard reply to HelloPeter, a consultant will contact you. No consultant bothers to contact you. You as the customer has to keep on calling, and calling and speaking to different consultants. Now I sit and wait for assistance cause now they apparently looking for a technician to solve my problem after I had to call another 3 times. I have to just sit and wait until they find this technician. DO NOT TAKE OUT FIBRE WITH VODACOM!!! You will regret it!!!!
Vodacom just doesn't give a rats a$$ about their customers. No communication. Fibre keeps going off when there's load shedding. I am regretting taking out fibre with them. I am beginning to worry about Monday, as I work from home. How am I going to work during load shedding as I have an inverter. But no use having a back up system if the fibre keeps going down when it's load shedding!!!!
Bad bad service. Literally took months to have my car fixed. Then my car kept getting sabotaged. Tweeter thrown away, my door light broken, my central locking wires cut and no financial compensation to have it fixed. Steer clear of these people at all costs!!!
I won around R350 a month ago. They state their payouts are within 72 hours. When I sent an email after 3 weeks as to where's my money, their turnaround time is 92 hours. A month later, ID uploaded for my payout and still nothing. They are crooks. Don't use this website.
