The parcel has been left in the East Bay now for 4 days... and now all of a sudden they have a problem We have experienced a problem with your parcel which is currently under query at our depot. I'm not bel to get hold of fast ways via a phone call or email and trying WhatsApp your bot is useless
So I received a traffic fine notice 02-4099-046235944-7 clearly indicating a white Ford Ranger with Global signage on it. Now I'm not able to obtain a license disc due to this traffic fine, and my vehicle is a Honda motorcycle. a Very unhelpful person contacted me from 011 783 7830 not being able to take responsibility for the person driving a global owned vehicle and it seems to be my problem. I made contact with a Mahesh on 073117 8138 and he is still trying to sort it out.... Seriously is this the type of service you deliver.
Please refer to my initial complaint dated 9th September 2024, then 12 Sept 2024 and again 20 Sept 2024. I have again requested feedback from Weelee today on my original post... seriously guys what up???????
Very disappointed I phoned King Price around the 13 Of Jan 2025 to cancel my motorbike insurance as I will start my insurance with a new company from the 1st of February 2025. So yesterday my monthly premium went off and it was about R200.00 less than normal for my motor vehicle insured with them . So today I called them to enquire about his and was informed it is a credit for the motorbike. I clearly requested end of the month, not immediate... Please can a manger get me urgent feedback on this matter... Driving around Gauteng without insurance.. not cool King Price.
Been battling to get hold of Activate by ABSA via telephone since 23rd October 2024. Sent an email on the 30th October 2024 and received an automated reply with a reference number. Today 4th November 2024 I again sent an email. I'm waiting for a response from you..
Thanks for the awesome vehicle that we purchased in July this year.. I'm not happy with the after sales service. Phoning the sales person, don't get feedback, phone the branch, leave messages... No feedback.
No feedback from anyone, phone calls, emails moneys paid.... I had to most of the work myself..
Dear Rain I have canceled my account with you on the 13th of May 2022. My account statement shows that I only canceled on the 20th of May 2022. Is this the way you make your money. Ripping off clients and not doing the correct refunds? I have been requesting for a team leader to call me, but all in vain... I can see why you are loosing so many clients. Your customer support department doesn't know how to support a customer, nor does the account's department know how too do the accounting correctly. I have requested that your router must be renowed from my property as Im not going to take any responsibility for it should they break into our home. I'm not going too pay you R4000.00 should this. happen. I need you to take note of this.. You are welcome to contact me... I have been waiting for more than a month already.... maybe change your feedback time too 2 - 24 years...
