The most ****ed and useless service provider to ever come across. Getting hold of them it’s an impossible task, was on chat from 7am till 2pm and the issue was still unresolved. Requested for a downgrade and was told to wait for the 1st of September and when the date came the downgrade didn’t happen and I was told the order was cancelled and yet I’m still being billed for the old service I no longer need. The guys are ****mers and ****s.

Sleepmasters, the masters in **** service!!!!
Never waste your money buying anything from sleepmasters. Their customer service is horrible and their lack of response to emails and inquiries says alot on how they take pride regarding their **** service.

Still scammers. When I went to the police station to open a case for fraud I was informed so many cases have been opened against this company. They won’t last long. Do not buy anything from these guys.

Guys I still repeat. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER FROM THEM. ONCE YOU PAY THEY GHOST YOU. STAY AWAY!!!!

Babyblu horrible company
Scam company. I ordered a scroller on the 24th of May 2022. Today it’s the 15th of June 2022 they still haven’t delivered. They don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. They claim they’ve refunded me on the 2nd of June 2022 to this day the refund hasn’t reflected on my account. Their customer service is horrible and I encourage to not waste your money on them otherwise you will regret it. They are a SCAM!!!!!
