To everyone who goes through Ooba insurance and has CLC deal with their claims, PLEASE ask for Nicale Parmanand to help you! Best service I have ever had. He should become the President for service in South Africa. We will have a better country as he gets the work done. Always checking in to make sure that everything is going according to plan. I wish I can get a Nicale for all my customer service issues. Great job! Thank you for everything.

Gloria Sikhakane service was excellent. Friendly and helpfull. I gave a bad rating as i sent numerous emails before recieving any response and then it was also the incorrect response until I spoke to Gloria. For her service i will give a 12 out of 10. The whole of mi way can learn a thing or 2 from her.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! They communicate with you and you have to make an appointment to see them but when you get there, there is no warehouse and when you phone them to ask where they are, they pick them phone up and put it down again. Onica was the one we dealt with and once we got there for our appointment, no one is reachable. Don't know where these people come with their reviews, but it is a load of bull. Don't waste your time to drive to Nigel. 2 Lavers str has no warehouses where all those cars are kept. They are scammers!!!!!!
