This insurance is so useless please don't take it l have been with them for more than 2 years when it's time to claim they will make you regret why you even joined it they make sure that's you claimed the mountains and hell.
Last week l have transferred money from my acc to another account same bank same app but Absa charged R2100 for service fee how possible is that no wonder people are leaving Absa and go to the cheaper banks like capitec l demand my ****en money back this is bull **** l want to leave this ****mer bank with their uncompetent tellers or consultants no body told me that the account was old and their have changed them so it's my fault now l am not working at Absa how would l know that if there staff they can't even changed it or assist me
TFG they don't get tired of ****ming people and looking forward to ruined my credit score record l haven't use their account for almost two years now they are busy sending me sms's that I owing R40 then today it changed to R210. How did they ****en get that right. l don't even want anything to do with them but they ****ing annoying me. I am not good for them so why TGF is on my ass.
Yes it was reviewed but they have cost me a lot l wasn't suppose to on the debt review. But the issue now is with TGF l can't buy anything it's only them but they keep on calling me yet l can't use my account to buy so l gave up l am not gonna beg them.
There's nothing frustrating like this **** vodacom company when you owe them they don't even give you a grace period but when the need to refund me they taking their time and not worrying at all.
It's so amazing when you have been a good client for so many years and suddenly wrongly put under debt review then TGF thinks are better for me l have been cleared on all the accounts what's so especial about them that made them to think l can't ****en pay that little money l will settle the account and close it for good.
Vodacom service is very poor l have canceled a contract with them they even collected the parcel but the keep on sending me messages that l owe them money l called them several times but still they won't solved the problem this is so annoying how can their charge me for something l didn't use it wasn't even activated what must l do so that their can be resolved ???????....

It's been 2 months now that vodacom has sent me this router l spoke to 3 of the vodacom consultants, they said on their system it's showing that the courier has been allocated to come pick up the package it's not even activated but they are busy bealing me for something that's not actived and sealed. My credit score has dropped now because of their mess l am not gonna pay for their mess, they services is bad
I was wrong full put under debt review absa said they can't do anything till l get a 17.2 reject they received it but the kept quite and l also send it now l can't withdraw money or swipe but they were quick to block my account now they very slowly to restore it what a useless bank once l am done with their credit card l leave this **** bank after 22 years with them this is the treatment l get
