I bought a brand new Suzuki Vitara Breeza at Polokwane, unfortunately someone bumped me on the door and I took the car to the Panelbeaters but the car is four months at the Panelbeaters because Suzuki is not having spare parts to can fixed the car.I phoned Polokwane Suzuki Spares enquiring about the unavailable spare part. Suzuki Polokwane said yes they do not have the parts because it is sourced from overseas where they are still manufacturing such parts and they (Suzuki Polokwane) is having cars which are parked for eight month because of not having spare parts. Why is Suzuki Auto South Africa selling to the consumers brand new cars for that matter which they are not having spare parts for. For four month I am paying for the car I cannot utilize because of Suzuki Auto South Africa's shortcomings. To date they do not know when are they going to get the part because at the begining of the month they will give the due date of mid month at mid month they extend the date to the beginning of the following month
I took my car Suzuki Vitara Breeza for panelbeating on 17 January 2023 for panelbeating to date my car is not completed yet they say the parts needed is on back order. I had a carhire with Santum Insurance which expired already. I am struggling without a car and it is not looking like I will get my car soon because they keep postponing their dates
