really very disappointed and digusted with the response from mweb and no feedback received after calling so many times. my account was debited for an installation that never happened, without my permission or even signature there was absolutely no right for my account to be deducted , who will now be responsible for my bank charges, this is asolute *****ulent
The consultant was to the point and took. Time to answer all of my questions as well
with the every day hustle and bustle of life im alway one to avoid going to the shop altogether,just the thought of it makes me go crazzzy , but then there are days when i know already what the menu for the evening would be and voila this shop is enroute to home from work , the fresh fruit and vegetables and obviously the few necessities that one may need is like so accessible and ofco**** worth the stop. i really commend them for their cleanliness vibrant atmosphere with the amazing coffee shop adjacent to the store and the super smiling faces of the staff, but then again it gets better, this very store has a little road side fruit and veggie tent very close to my home so on days when i really dont feel like going the whole shebang i do a drive by there, thats what i call it a drive by and the reason i call it that is all i got to do is drive right there roll down my window and just say to the staff all i need, i really dont have to jump off the car , the 2 guys that work there are so amazingly helpful and come right to me, now if thats not convenience shopping then i really dont know what is,i dont even know their names but they are really fami**** with me and my so called drive by shopping :) have to commend fresca food market for the effort and initiative in making me im sure one of many happy customers , hats off to you guys and really wish your business prosperity for a long time to come
absolutely ridiculous company that lies and basically *****s your money and when it comes time to a claim they short pay and make you beg for your money and make you sit on calls holding on for them for hours on end, there are a real bunch of inconsiderate illiterate people and this is not the first time I've had a bad experience . they deserve to be shut down and customers should get a portion of their installments back, will never ever introduce anyone to this **** company

had amazing help from Charles at Santm Insurance. he was absolutely efficient and helpful and listened to everything i had to say, his patience toward my umpteen questions was really impressive as well, and through it all he even tried to get me a further discount just to ensure that i was happy and satisfied. he really did go above and beyond to ensure i understood everything my policy entailed, hats off to the santam team for such perseverance helpfulness friendliness and amazing customer support, its people like you that give us customers a feeling of respect and recognition

so guys I haven't purchased from them as yet but the overwhelming responses you see from others and the pleasure it is to buy from canvas and more is beyond expectancy.. I cant wait to actually make my first purchase closer to pay day because these are people who are just so willing to go the extra mile for you at any time, hats off to you guys :)
Thank you Rodney for your time and patience in answering my questions.it was quite a bit to read up on the updated policy wordings and you made it much easier by explaining every detail as well as assisting me with my 101 question's.outstanding service the second time round speaking to a pmd consultant .
