I took my son's Samsung cell phone in for repair, it did not want to switch on anymore. After payment of the R300 assessment fee, they would update the next day. Nobody contacted me, 2 days passed and I tried to contact them, you can't phone them as their number does not work. I asked Stellenbosch MobiFix to give me the number of manager or owner, they did not want to give the owner's contact number. Three days later I got an email stating it's the main board, it's R600 to fix, it will take 2 days. I went there today to collect, they said they couldn't fix it and tried to sell me another phone. Needless to say, I'll never use them again and I hope this review saves someone the frustration I had to go through.
Very happy with the friendly service and advice I got from Marizel Bernardo from Dotsure regarding a policy we took out for our doggy Amy. Can highly recommend them.
Excellent professional service and advice from Warren in the online department, order was delivered within 2 days after payment was made. He send me a follow up email and the couriers details. Overall a very pleasant experience. I can highly recommend them. Wish all companies could give service like this.
