I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Renault Roodepoort. My vehicle finance was approved by the banks some time ago, yet the dealership continues to delay finalizing the transaction. I have made every effort to remain patient, but the lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism is completely unacceptable. On Monday, I was informed that the finance manager would contact me—this never happened. Then this morning (Wednesday), I received a message at 07:12 stating that I would receive a call during the day. It is now 15:35 and still no call, no feedback, and no further communication. This ongoing silence reflects a concerning disregard for my time and commitment. To make matters worse, I have not even seen the vehicle I am meant to be purchasing a Renault Kwid, advertised at Renault Roodepoort which we discussed on Saturday, 01 June 2025. Despite having submitted all required documents and meeting every request on my end, the process continues to stall. What’s most frustrating is that I am the one constantly following up and requesting feedback, rather than receiving timely updates from your side. The service I’ve received so far is far below acceptable standards
A fraudulent account was opened last year December I went to the Cell c store at Westgate mall the lady request for specific documents such affidavit,copy ID and 3 signature's she scanned and sent all the requested and relevent documents to to the fraud department. I have been calling cell c a number of times and every time I get a different agent telling me that it's flagged on the system that it's a fraudulent account however it has not been cleared it's been 6 months of sending the same documents over and over again to this day cell c is continuously attempting to debit my account and the collection department continuously calling me to tell that the account is in arrears. This is affecting my credit record I have sent the documents and emails to NNovember@contractor.cellc.co.za ,MGiani@cellc.co.za,LSwanetoel@cellc.co.za as per their request reference number 2061301726 but no one is willing to help this is really frustrating because I am unable to do certain stuff because of this account that is in arrears. I have wasted so much money calling and emailing cell c. Vodacom was able to clear this in two days I don't understand why this is taking forever
