Lack of disregard for clients and constant dishonesty when handling complaints, I recently bought a unit in Vila lucida and took over the property with tenant already occupying the property and agent told me that we can use the month to month lease agreement which I agreed to, first month the whole rental amount was paid fully on time, second month the rental was partially paid late but not in full, I contacted and text the agent and she couldn't give answers and couple of days later she said it was an admin error, the tenant did pay the agency, however the agency's administrators paid into the former property owners by mistake and told me that they are busy recovering the money from the former property owner, every day the promised that the money will reflect in my account the next day but that didn't happen until I received money from them 14 days later but the money was short with R2300 and was told that R900 was for maintance and R1400 was for Levies, I asked for records of what the maintenance was about, never recieved feedback, also checked with body corporate no funds was paid for levies, everytime I call their offices I'm being told that they transfering the money and it will reflect the next day in my account but till to this day I'm still waiting for the money to reflect, this bad experience has caused me a severe suffering and has affected my plans as first time buyer and I classify such acts as white collar crimes and I urge everyone to think at least 5 times before doing deals with this company or entrusting them with managing your property, in my opinion something seriously wrong there
I'm a Nedbank client, tried renewing license disk due to expirer on the 31st January 2025 on the banking app on the 24th January 2025, followed all directives and the waiting period stipulated was 3-5 business days and 17 business days later I'm still without a disk and when I tried calling Nedbank call center I'm being transferred from department to department and no one's seems to have a clue, very unprofessional and frustrating.
I activated Netstar go because, I was misled by the representative who was selling the product, she made me believe under false misrepresentation that the product has a benefit of negotiating discounts with service providers on my behalf..one example she made was of being able to negotiate up to 20% discount for servicing my vehicle and when the time came for me to take my car for service I asked them to negotiate a discount on my behalf, they then asked for my vehicle's vin numbers and all necessary information needed for booking in a car for a service..to my dismay netstar-go couldn't even negotiate 1% discount, all they did was to relay/forward the quotation from the service provider to myself, in essence I never got to benefit from the product, leading me to believe that I was scammed in a smart and corporately fashion, to add salt to my wounds the subscription is not yet canceled although I pleaded with them numerous times to cancel the subscription, my advice to someone considering to subscribe with netstar go, is that don't, don't fall for it!!!!!
