MyMTN early payment and debit order dates
On the MyMTN app I have an option to make an early payment on the contract device I have but then on when the debit order bounces because of the payment already made, I am getting charged. Why give your customers an option to pay earlier than the stipulated debit order date on the contract and still charge me when they use it?? I am really disappointed by this!!

Customer Friendly Store
Really loved the store setup of their Meadowdale branch and they have freshest fruits and vegetables. They cashiers are so friendly and helpful in letting customers know of any available specials/sales we might have missed.

MTN Mega Talk S
The caller was clear and was able to answer the questions that I asked her. She was also patient and understanding that I was in a meeting so she went over everything again and explained everything again. So thank you to her😊
