Our entire are Fleurhof in Johannesburg has been down due to some outage .They cannot and will not give any feedback as to when the service will be up.wasted a lot if money trying to get through but still no answer .can anyone assist

I am utterly disappointed with the type of service received from DSTV .My husband is the holder but I sometimes pay the the account .On the 31 August , I double paid the account 52171278 by R11200. Since then , after sending a mountain of information , I received a reference no -23235932 on 8 Sept - saying that the query was processed but not approved . what about the 7 day SLA !!! Seriously looking at other options and packages out there , Their customer service is pathetic.
My telephone and internet lines have been out of order since 25 Jan 2016, Ref No 1359CRK250116 , Escalation No 819903 , I have phone the call centre EVERY day only to be told the same thing - the fault has been referred to out technical division and NO ONE can tell me how , when,or if this fault will be resolved . There is absolutely no one to speak to , the Call Centre Agents all tell ne the same thing , there is no Supervisor or Manager to speak to. Regards D Griffin
