City Lodge four ways.
What an unprofessional hotel service. You call after making a booking they say you are able to check in at 2pm. You get there the asshole manager in City Lodge four ways smiles and says no that's not possible. 15 people standing around waiting to check in and there are no rooms. And it's a joke to them. I dont recommend and find it incredibly embarrassing how it's fine to have people just stand around waiting. This is an embarrassment and not a surprise how it's the last booked hotel at monte.

Gorgeous furniture
Today my heart is very sore! Me and my husband saved all of our hard earned money to buy a lounge suite from their store and they promised us a genuine leather lounge couch and gave us plastic! I am so disappointed. Me and my husband won’t have the money to buy a new set now and they refuse to help us. They refused to take back the lounge suite and have treated us badly because they sold us a defected lounge suite. Do not support them !!! Do not make this mistake!!

Ultimate lounge collection
Absolutely love the store! Greeted by the friendliest sales reps who assisted me Throughout my visit! Stunning furniture and such an amazing experience! Didn’t buy anything unfortunately, but I will definitely be back! Such an awesome team that truly understands customer care.
