Capitec Bank & Easy Equities
On capitec suggestion, I opened a easy equities account. I did and I invested, I had a national and international investment. When I got retrenched, I closed up both accounts. The international account was sent to Capitec forex, whom apparently couldn't get hold of me and they returned the funds to easy equities. It's been 2 nearly 3 years and those funds have miraculously disappeared. Easy equities has word my transactions clean on my account with them so it's not even traceable, capitec sent me a generic mail saying the query has been sent to their forex department, when I check my query, it says none has been lodged in the past 30days. Easy equities doesn't even read my complaints to them or answers with off topics that don't even relate. So guys be warned, easy equities and capitec, something isn't gelling. And as you can all see capitec doesn't even read hello Peter.

Netcash Shop: Free eCommerce shop platform.after going through the whole process of registering a store etc, these guys popped up in my email. and a conversation ensued. When I advised them I am an artist and not a registered business this is the response I got "Good day, Karen My apologies. i was not aware that you are an artist. That is amazing!!! Having heard this, I too do not think that the Netcash Shop will work for you. I hope you have a lovely day and weekend." Unsigned, all previous correspondence was signed. Word of advice to all entrepreneurs, homebased, you are not welcome to open a store with these people and you will receive a condescending response as I did. Stick with your Etsy, Shopify, Amazon stores, local isnt always lekka.

Capitec Bank and Easy Equities Partner
I opened an Easy Equity investment acc on Capitecs referral as a good place to invest. When I got retrenched I had to cash out all monies I could for obvious reasons. One of the investments had to be done through forex. This money was received by capitec. Millions of ignored emails regarding this money were blatantly ignored by capitec. As a last ditch effort I recently once again emailed them, they informed me they returned the investment monies to the overseas bank that sent it. Supplying me with no proof of such. I don't have the Easy Equity app on my phone any longer so there is no way to find my money now. Think twice before investing with capitec or a partner of theirs because you too could loose your money and it all just gets neatly swept under a carpet.

Afrihost cancelation process.
Begin June I contacted afrihost to cancel my fibre connection as I was moving. Their contract is cancel anytime, by the way. Firstly it's a nightmare to find where and how to cancel and the options are dismal. Eventually with the help of another agent, I got it cancelled. 8hrs later they do a debit order for internet I cannot even use, their reasoning, I should have cancelled at the beginning of the month, I've receipts of proof of conversations at the beginning of the month. They refuse to reverse the debit order. However if I lied and cancelled in a different manner, they would give me a month free internet. How does that work?
