AWAITING REFUND FOR MORE THAT ONE YEAR
Good day. It has been a year ago now that I ordered the Keto product, whereby they charged me more than I originally ordered for (R4000 plus). In turn, I e-mailed them to cancel the order. They sent me the details, Order Number: 5552459 Shipping Number: 802269903792622270. I never received the order and have been e-mailing them ever since, where they told me that I will receive my money once they get the goods back. I told them that I never received the goods. Great Service
Needed a towing service and Krenashin handled the claim professionally and efficient. He called every 10 min. until the towing truck was at its destination. Everything happened within 30 minutes. This was great service. Thank you.
