Bad service
Paid for a Bonami loyalty card on the 13th of Nov 2024. Its just been up and down with the agent. Today is the 12th of Dec 2024 and i still do not have that card. Horrible service

Consistent great service!
Have been working with Ariano properties for over 17 years. They have an honest and genuine interest in our complex, to make sure it succeeds. When we had challenges they came up with practical solutions. They are a cut above the rest!

Slow response on Progress Draws
I have a building loan facility with FNB Home loans. I plan to start drawing down on this facility in the next few days. On Monday 01 Feb 2015 in the morning I sent an email requesting the form that needs to be completed for progress draws. Now it's Friday the 5th Feb 2015 and still no response. I have been trying since 8 am to call the contact centres with no joy, the phone either cuts-off or I hold for a very long time and end up putting the phone down. I am very worried that this extra slow response will definitely cause unnecessary delays on my project. Unbelievably bad service.

Pathetic turn around time
I applied for a building bond on the 21st April 2015 and supplied them all required information. After continuous pushing i got an Approval in Principal on the 15 May 2015. Today is the 28 May 2015 and still don't have a final answer. Your adverts are great But the service is bad!
