Worat service ever. And *****es.
I have written before with no answers. I purchased vechile through this company in 6 months i had it for 5 months ot stood either in mechanical shop or at home not been able to be used due to warrenty insurance going bankrupt.this company crippled me financialy due to just not giving a ****.worst part contract cancelled last November.and thay still have taken 2 in stallments off my acc this year to amount of 13000 and have not refunded me .contract was cancelled last year due to a vechile which had 15initial inspection faults which never fixed main been turbo which blew and to make it better the warrenty company went bankrupt when claim was put in. So as warning to everyone dont waiste your time thay do not care or get back to u thay will ***** money from your acc and there nothing u can do nobody contacts u or replys. So stay away as far as possible.

asking community for advice
well if u look at my past reviews u would understand my frustration. 6 months the car only been useable 3weaks.it still sitting waiting for a turbo from over 2 months ago.which by way was caused by a problem brought up on initial inspection which just wsnt fixed like everytjing else.its sad.ive lost 80 percent of busines due to this and it's just going in circles. can anyone in community pl advise me on what to do.i have all messages and correspondence since day 1

well it's been 5 months and nothing has been resolved initial issue of 15 issues reported overfueling has caused turbo to blow .but yes i do have a warenty o wait no that went insolvent and vechile is stuck at mechanic who refuses to work on it.whuch issue is feom day which not sorted.and lets add more 6 weaks back i allmost got arrested as vechile isn't licenced correct plates do not belong to vechile nice o yes hasn't been sorted either

firstly its nice haveing a finance institution willing to give people a second chance .im very grateful and the process was simple and no hassle.breathe of fresh air. But .......i bought a vechile through dealership thay use in begining of may 2022.unfortantly not haveing a vechile i could not view one i was intrested in but would do inspection on delivary. i recieved it around 17may i drove 100m and called dealership something wrong vechile.besides mechanical side it was in shocking condition in way it was delivered with me been told to please bring it in some stage so thay can fix odds an ends.car was fetched a day or 2 later its now july the 5 2002 and i still dont have my vechile back. ive paid a installment recently to .yet i have not seen my car i purchased in may till now july. im getting no answers from dealership. i cant get hold of planet 24 only by whatsapp i had no reply in last 2 weaks from them or the dealership. besides the fact ive lost work due to this its been ambarasing as my clients call it the phantom vechile.im lost and not sure what direction to go but i cant go on like this
