Most Unpleasant, experience ever
I bought a Ford Ranger through this dealership in Lichtenburg in August 2021. They made lots of promises of the great service and quality vehicles and and and. Unfortunately this turned out to be a nightmare. This was the most unpleasant, most frustrating, most disappointing experience i ever ha with any dealership. Empty promises, lies and poor service, and then they deliver a dirty vehicle that is in a terrible state. everything falling off, no battery clamp, wipers not working, brand new LED light bar fitted but loose and rattling,, no relay or proper wiring, one headlamp going on and off whilst driving, received the vehicle with almost no fuel, vehicle breaking down the very next day with the diesel pouring out from the filters. and so it goes on. I had more frustration than pleasure and the service is a disgrace. I had to follow up all the time and i had to drive to town and back several times on my own account to get the vehicle sorted . Furthermore when we wanted to do the licencing of the vehicle, we spent a whole day trying to get this done, we had to hear from the licencing dept. that the vehicle was not roadworthy .This again brought more frustration as i had to beg the dealership to sort out a permit and to get the vehicle through roadworthy. then again when the permit expired i had to beg again . Eventually we decided to try and get the licencing done ourselves after the dealer got someone to take it through roadworthy test. Then after i drove almost 1000 kilometres in the more or less two months i had the vehicle, i has to replace the battery. I requested my money back and at least the dealer eventually said they will repay me for the battery and licensing and number plates. This was supposed to be done on the 15th of November, but again not even this was done. I had to follow up again several times and eventually got my money back tonight. I even reported my dissatisfaction with this dealership , twice to Wesbank where i financed this vehicle, but Wesbank did not even bother to reply .. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THISW DEALERSHIP. I f it was not for the fact that i had to install a tracker in the vehicle and signed a three year contract , and if i did not have to get insurance before i could get the vehicle, i would have cancelled this transaction.

Poor car dealership
They sold me a faulty auidi A3 gearbox were leaking oil reported it to them they took it back to the garage came back with more noise still leaking reported it again went back to them 2nd time came back the same as last time this time the steering lock while driving car did not want to start gave me a lot of problems 3rd time care broke down in rustenburg i were staying in thabazimbi had to pay towing exc when they did diagnostic it showed the clutch and gears were faulty after they fixed it 2 times so i called them again they took the car back a 3rd time to gearbox service then said i have to pay 15000 for the repair but in 9 months i had my car not even a full 2 months the dealership and their associates are rip offs and they sel broken cars and theire repair guys dont know nothing about repairs they placed the parts inside my car when i got it back the second time my car’s inside smells like oil with oil stains on my carpets i would never recommend them to anyone

Swak!!
Swak swak diens! Hulle het nie idee wat in hulle besigheid aangaan nie. Nadat hulle my met 2 motors drop het ek gelukkig geen voertuig nog gekoop nie. En daar sal ek NOOIT iets koop nie, nie eers n kruiwa nie.

Not happy!!!!
<p>Waiting after more than a year for my cars service book! Car had loads of problems with engine service thats never done till 150 000km. Gearbox broke. Suspention needs replacing after they said everything was in working with no problems. I called as they sold my old car and was still on my name and they were screaming bad language over the phone</p>

The vehicle broke down in December and I contacted them again for the service record because the warranty company needs this document to process my claim. To this day I'm still waiting for any form of service record from them and my vehicle is still not in use.</p>
