This is a scam business that takes your money and delivers nothing. I placed an order for personalised scrubs in late August and paid. I was attracted by their designs and loved the idea of supporting a black female owned business. I was called by a lady named Refilwe who assured me my order had been well-received and would be delivered the following week. A month later, upon following up on delivery, I was told the couriers were struggling to deliver because I inputted the incorrect province for my address (why didn’t they contact me to clarify if they were struggling?). Anyway, the province was apparently rectified on the system and I was assured that they would prioritise delivery of my package. Another month later it has still not been delivered. Refilwe is now flat-out ignoring my calls and texts to enquire. I have to accept that I’ve been scammed - don’t let it be you.
I was looking for a product for a client and after struggling to source it from my usual suppliers, I tried to Google it and Printease came up in my search with the product in stock at a promotional price. I didn’t think twice since my client was in a hurry, so I placed an online order and paid via credit card. I received an email confirmation after the transaction went through and awaited delivery. I became nervous two days later when I didn’t hear from them. I went back to the website to find there wasn’t a contact number, only an email address which went unanswered. I managed to find a number on a sample graphic which I called. It sounded like I’d called someone’s house and I was put through from one person to the next until the final one confirmed the order would be delivered before the long weekend. Low and behold it was not. The Monday thereafter, in decided to drive to the address only to find a dilapidated shopping Center with no sign of Printease. I called the number again a few days later and was told that the relevant people were in a meeting and would get back to me. I spent the whole day calling to check and they were still in the meeting. Eventually I was told that they’d experienced delays due to taxi strike action and their employees being unable to work. I was told the order would be delivered in two days time but I asked them to cancel it since my client was in a hurry and I needed the order that same day. They promised a reversal of the funds had been processed via the pay gate I used when making the payment (Payfast). This was in April - it is now July and still nothing.
Don’t bother using these guys. They are quick to respond to a call for help with appliance repairs but the service just goes down hill from there. I had an error code on my dishwasher and called them. They arrived same day, but insisted they needed to remove the appliance from my home to their workshop to assess the problem. I was promised a diagnosis the following day and only received it when I followed upon 4 days later. It took more than the time communicated to repair and return the appliance, which worked for 10 days before exact error code started appearing again. I contacted him, since the service came with a 3 month guarantee and I have been waiting for more than a month for him to return to repair the appliance again. He has been saying he’s coming since May 27th - it’s now July and still nothing.
