****MERS - DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE
I regret not reading reviews. These guys are pure ****mers. 3 weeks after my fridge was repairs it started not cooling from scratch. The guy Blessing keeps giving me the run around and I'm stuck days with rotten food and faulty fridge.

I regret not reading reviews. These guys are pure ****mers. 3 weeks after my fridge was repairs it started not cooling from scratch. The guy Blessing keeps giving me the run around and I'm stuck days with rotten food and faulty fridge.

DON'T LET THE RATINGS ON GOOGLE FOOL YOU!!
7 Words People...STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! I have to give 1 star or else cannot warn others about this ******.. He is very eager an quick to respond to your call. Only to arrive to tell you that he has to take your machine back to the "workshop" to fix the error kamakastig..then its downhill from there!! He promises to send you a quote the next day....then nothing When you phone the following day, he says he has already fixed it and you must pay because he "thought" you were in a 'hurry" And when has to deliver...oh no on another call cant deliver And then the next day machine is broken still and he wants to fix it first...and so on and so fourth ,,,seriously so many lies so many stories!! He keeps your machine "hostage" till he can "fix" it so he can get the "money" for it and wants to give you another machine in the meantime which is also a lie ...we don't want your crubby machine - are still waiting for our Machine!! We have reported him to the police and our local CPF. Please people don't use this guy!! He has changed his business name plenty of times and taken detail off of FB and Google because he is running! Contact numbers using at the moment 0860 042 526 and 071 399 0805.

Don’t know what they’re doing and even worse customer services
Don’t bother using these guys. They are quick to respond to a call for help with appliance repairs but the service just goes down hill from there. I had an error code on my dishwasher and called them. They arrived same day, but insisted they needed to remove the appliance from my home to their workshop to assess the problem. I was promised a diagnosis the following day and only received it when I followed upon 4 days later. It took more than the time communicated to repair and return the appliance, which worked for 10 days before exact error code started appearing again. I contacted him, since the service came with a 3 month guarantee and I have been waiting for more than a month for him to return to repair the appliance again. He has been saying he’s coming since May 27th - it’s now July and still nothing.
