I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR TO WRITE A POST.. HUGE **** ALERT!!!!!! - ALONE MAPFUMARI (COMPANY BENFARM CONSTRUCTION) THIS PERSON AND HIS BUSINESS DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A HOLE TO DESCRIBE HIM :-( HE CONTACTED US TROUGH QUICK QUOTES WEBSITE. WE REQUIRED A WENDY HOUSE TO BE PUT UP ON OUR PROPERTY. HE GAVE US A QUOTE BUT IT WAS TOO HIGH. HE THEN DROPPED THE PRICE AND WE ACCEPTED HIS QUOTE. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND REQUESTED THAT WE PAY A R3500 DEPOSIT FOR HIM TO BE ABLE TO BUY THE MATERIALS SO LONG. WE INFORMED HIM THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THE DEPOSIT YET. HE OFFERED TO BUY THE MATERIALS OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET AND WE COULD PAY DEPOSIT AS SOON AS WE HAVE IT. IT WAS THE THE NEXT MORNING THAT WE PAID TE DEPOSIT. HE THE INFORMED US THAT HE RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT AND THAT THE WOOD WOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON THE DAY AS ARRANGED BY NOAH'S ARK IN KEMPTON PARK AT 08.:30 AND HE WOULD BE AT OUR PLACE AT 09:00. WE TRIED CONTACTED HIM ON THE DAY IN QUESTION. I GOT HOLD OF HIM AT 08:00 AND HE CONFIRMED EVERYTHING STILL IN ORDER. 08;30 CAME AN WENT..NO WOOD DELIVERED. 09;00 CAME AND WENT, HE DIDN'T PITCH UP. I TRIED CALLING HIM ON WHATSAPP AND NORMAL LINE..NOTHING..WHATSAPP MESSAGES DID NOT GO TROUGH. WE THEN REPORTED HIM TO OUR BANK AND OPEN A FRAUGHT CASE REGARDING THE MONEY. AFTER 10:00 MY HUSBAND GOT HOLD OF HIM AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS ON HIS WAY BUT HE HAS COLLECTED THE WOOD AND HE HAS WORKERS TO HELP HIM WITH THE WORK THAT HE PICKED UP....SERIOUSLY.. FOR A 3M X 3M WENDY HOUSE??? YOU MUST BE JOKING. BUT ANYWAY THAT WAS THE LAST COMMUNICATION WITH HIM. AFTER THAT, RADIO SILENCE. WE REPORTED HIM AND HIS BUSINESS TO THE POLICE AND THE SITE QUICK QUOTES. THE SITE BLACKLISTED HIM. PLEASE IF YOU SEE HIS NAME OR HIS COMPANY ANYWHERE OR ARE REFERRED BY A SITE TO HIM OR HIM TO YOU...DO NOT USE HIM HE IS A BIG **** AND A ****MER!! We will never EVER use Mr D again. Had the most horrible experience a few days ago! :-( We ordered food from Mr D from a restaurant not to far from us. The Restaurant finished making the food very quickly and the driver were at our residence in a matter of a few minutes?? It took him 4 minutes tor drive from the restaurant to our house?? Look we all vote for efficiency and being timely...but when we opened our packaging from the restaurant, all the food slid off the plates and was piled up against the side of the BOXES!!!! :(( We took it up with Mr D but all they had to say that the photos was inconclusive...I mean seriously...the photo of the time frame in which the driver was doing the delivery is not an option??? NOPE..we will rather do UBER from now on..MR D needs send their drivers on special drivers courses because they drive like bats out of HELl!! They will NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER see out money again
This company does not deserve one star. The only one that deserve a complement for her friendliness en always being helpful is the receptionist. This was the 2nd time we took our vehicle to be serviced at this establishment. 1st time they told my husband he had a gearbox oil leak, which was a lie..we already driven 10 000 km more after this supposed "gearbox leak" Now with this service, there was a whole list of issues..one of them being "REPLACE RECONDITIONING TURBO OIL LEAK" My Husband discussed this with the person that sent him the info and he told him there is no way that there is a problem with the turbo, we just came back from the coast and driven about 2000 km's??? Needless to say, my husband got a 2nd opinion on the turbo issue from professionals, and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the turbo!! They were looking for ways to make more money out of us, because the vehicle was only booked for a minor service?? a Colleague also informed us that that these people are one of the most expensive automotive service providers in the industry as well. So to conclude, if you need your vehicle to be serviced, stay clear of this establishment. They will "find" faults where there aren't any and they overcharge for everything...not to be trusted at all. You are better off using already well known and established mechanical shops or your make of vehicle's mechanical agents.
It was overall a very pleasant experience dealing with them. Very helpful and explain everything as they go. Big thumbs ups👍

7 Words People...STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! I have to give 1 star or else cannot warn others about this ******.. He is very eager an quick to respond to your call. Only to arrive to tell you that he has to take your machine back to the "workshop" to fix the error kamakastig..then its downhill from there!! He promises to send you a quote the next day....then nothing When you phone the following day, he says he has already fixed it and you must pay because he "thought" you were in a 'hurry" And when has to deliver...oh no on another call cant deliver And then the next day machine is broken still and he wants to fix it first...and so on and so fourth ,,,seriously so many lies so many stories!! He keeps your machine "hostage" till he can "fix" it so he can get the "money" for it and wants to give you another machine in the meantime which is also a lie ...we don't want your crubby machine - are still waiting for our Machine!! We have reported him to the police and our local CPF. Please people don't use this guy!! He has changed his business name plenty of times and taken detail off of FB and Google because he is running! Contact numbers using at the moment 0860 042 526 and 071 399 0805.

Where do I begin... 1 star is still an an undeserved complement... Heads-up to people looking to rent property out there..if you see this agency's name on the posting...just scroll on by, don't even bother to give it your energy or attention, no matter how good it looks... As written in previous posts, these people are friendly and full of smiles when they take your money and you move in..but when you move out there is a whole bunch of stories and I also agree, they do not honor their own contract policies and stipulations. We have this absolutely hilarious stupendous case now where they still want to know if now if they can fix a problem...3 months after we have moved out(and deducted money from deposit). I reported a roof leak a week or so before we moved out. It was raining a lot that week and we did not see that the roof was leaking because we had goods on top of our bedroom cupboard. When I took the goods down to prepare for moving we noticed the leak problem. I immediately reported it. But according to them we should have reported it before when the leak started(but we did not know it was there!!) and argued from here to there..long story short, these people are shysters..2 words - STAY AWAY!!!
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Once again Richard Geldenhuys assisted me. He really does go the exstra mile for his customers! Thank you Richard 👌
