I regret not reading reviews. These guys are pure ****mers. 3 weeks after my fridge was repairs it started not cooling from scratch. I kept calling the guy who did the repairs Blessing and he keeps giving me the run around and I'm stuck days with rotten food and a faulty fridge. PLEASE BE WARE NOT TO USE THE SERVICES, MORE DAMAGE THAN REPAIRS

The biggest scam of all times. Please book directly with airline or else you will regret it. This website colludes with the likes of mytrip
Dont use Mytrip.com I've always booked flights via cheapestflights.com. I love the website as it allows one to view all available flights from various airlines, cost time etc and it takes you to the airline directly to make your reservation. This regretful time it took me to Mytrip.com and I made an error on my booking. Mytrip.com has been giving me the runaround. One moment I must put it in writing, next no its a phone call for changes/cancellations
The worst service provider & customer service. Only company I owe R120 that had managed to mess up my credit. Vodacom is the total pits..including their consultant Lance who called with arrogance. I had a contract of +/-R1200 which ended after 24 mnths ...after being given a hard time to cancel I was sudenly charged R60 every month. ..... My credit record is messy I cant get work, credit over a dispute of R120 I owe Vodacom. I truly regret having entered into contracts with Vodacom !!!
I have tried on numerous occasions to be rid of Vodacom. I took out a phone contract and I was paying +/-R1200 . The deal came with free phone & R50 airtime. 2 years later at the end of my contract I cancelled this around Oct Nov 2019 and was penalised for 1 month. Suddenly in Feb 2020 there's deductions from my bank account of R60 I've called on numerous occasions the answers I get on when I signed a R60 contract are all over. One consultant eventually told me this is for the free phone I received two years ago... Vodacom has decided to now deduct R60 airtime for the phone I received 2 years ago. This for a phone I lost ages ago
The recent courier of FNB cards by CCD couriers is an irritation more that efficient. They deliver when they want to. I'll gladly collect my card at a nearest branch than be dictated to. Their delivery timelines are ridiculous for a courier company. Day 1 they gave an available date with a time from 8-16:00 who sits whole day waiting on a delivery. Day 2 I call them early morning they shouldn't deliver as I'm out of office . The next sms I get I will be charged for delivery. Now I'm going to be charged for a service useless service I didn't request. Furniture companies deliver at our homes all the time they give an estimate time of delivery not the entire day. FNB must get their act together on this their subcontractor is so unprofessional.

I recently took out insurance with IEMAS and am already regretting this. Poor service - have been sending documents to me since 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting every time I call Im told same rehe****d story, you will get it in 3 mins - No customer care - phones don't get answered if they do its one dept to another Empty promises I'm pulling out soon
I had lost my card and needed to report & arrange for a replacement card. I went to the Pavilion store approached the service counter where one of the shop assistants Brandon was on a call, he then made another call & within completing the conversation he put the phone down walked around the counter without even greeting me he walked to the back of the store. I was utterly disgusted & shocked!! We were practically separated by the counter for him not to even acknowledge me. One of the shop staff who was packing at the shelves noticed me and came to my assistance. Bradley came back went over the counter & assisted other customers. I then went to him to say but your treatment is quite strange. I cant believe u just blatantly ignore me. He then interrupted and said \firstly let me explain..."I was shocked!! No sorry mam there was a crisis at the back or something. He suddenly felt he needed to explain his abruptness to me"
