Company takes days to respond to emails and telephone calls go to voicemail. Cannot leave a message because mail box always full. Used this platform on a fraudulent merchants online website. Payment went through but never received my goods and cannot get hold of merchant. Surely this type of fraud should be investigated before they are accepted as clients on these payment platforms.
This is a fraudulent company. Don’t be fooled by their fansy website. You’ll pay for your appliance, never get it and never be able to contact them. Shocking
I am totally astounded by the absolute disregard and inefficiency of vodacom fraud department. Have been trying to resolve a fraud case, can’t tell you how many phone calls love made. Not any response or feedback. Surely this is completely unacceptable. Made a complaint to ICASA and have not even had any response from them????? Your automated response Vodacom means nothing. Hello Peter also seems to be unable to help in anyway.
VODACOM VERY POOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION. I POSTED MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT THE WAY VODACOM HAD HANDLED TWO FRAUD DISPUTES THAT HAD NOT BEEN HANDLED. VODACOM THEN REPORTED THAT ONE CASE HAD BEEN RESOLVED AND MY MONEY CREDITED. ? WHERE TO - I CANNOT FIND IT. NO MENTION WAS MADE ABOUT THE SECOND CASE. I AM NOW REALLY AGGITATED AND WILL CERTAINLY BE DOING NO FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THEM AFTER 27 YEARS. ITS QUITE SHAMEFUL ON VODACOMS PART.
HAVE BEING TRYING TO GET FRAUD DEPARTMENT TO DEAL WITH AN UPGRADE TO MY CELL NUMBER FOR 2 MONTHS, WITH NO LUCK. NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM, NOT EVEN HELP FROM CLIENT SERVICES DEPARMENT. BEING CHARGED FOR A HAND PIECE I NEVER RECEIVED AND NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THE UPGRADE TO BE DONE.
