PLEASE BE AWARE OF Nerien Benadé. She is a complete ****mer. She has ****med me out of R900 for a Christmas order which I have never received. She is quite active on her social media and posting the things she has purchased it seems with our ****** money as she has not refunded or rep**** to any of our concerns. I have opened a case at the police station as she seems to be still doing it.
I called on Saturday as I received a defective product. I was told that someone would call me in 5 minutes. No one called me back so I had to call again on Monday. When I called the lady I spoke to blamed the courier which was not the case as they packaged they item and then cut the call on me. Called again and spoke to someone else on Monday who told me I would receive feedback. Today I called again because no one has contacted me in now 2 days and only to be told "please send the item back for a full refund" when I asked if they would be sending a courier to me I was told no. So I must now pay for a courier to send an item from Jhb to Durban on my dime. This place seems unreasonable, unreliable and expecting the customer to do all their work which is rather disappointing to me. I would not support their business going forward.
