Absolutely horrid customer service. I had my first review removed for some reason, which is a bad sign, so I am reuploading. I ordered some presents for two friends' birthdays and was guaranteed delivery well before their birthdays. When delivery was a week late and I had no replies via email I started phoning and then eventually commenting on Instagram posts. My comments were deleted and I was ignored until I had to threaten to take legal action, upon when my order was fulfilled.

Reposting as I am not sure why my original post from 6 months ago got removed... If I could give The Dark Comic less than 1 star I would. I ordered once from the The Dark Comic early in 2022 and received my order in a few days. I then used The Dark Comic website in November 2022 Black Friday to order products advertised. I have still not received the items, or any sort of refund yet over 6 months later. I sent numerous queries and have been ignored. Their website has been taken down and I gather from other reports that other people were RARU'd or lost their money and received no products too.

I ordered once from the The Dark Comic early in 2022 and received my order in a few days. I then used The Dark Comic website in November 2022 Black Friday to order products advertised. PLEASE BE AWARE OF Nerien Benadé. She is a complete ****mer. She has ****med me out of R900 for a Christmas order which I have never received. She is quite active on her social media and posting the things she has purchased it seems with our ****** money as she has not refunded or rep**** to any of our concerns. I have opened a case at the police station as she seems to be still doing it.

MASSIVE SCAMERS!!! Ordered a custom hoodie in november 2022 and paid 600 upfront for it never got my order or any communication regarding delays or status. Ive called, e-mailed and whatsapped them but no feedback or replys

If I could give - stars I would. I got Raru'd by this company. I first ordered a mug beginning 2022 and was very happy as received it in only a few days. I then tried to order some items again on Black Friday 2022 for Christmas gifts. They had ads up all over their page inviting us to order. It's now Feb and I still haven't received my items and won't. I received one response to countless attempts to contact them. They claim they are is Business Rescue refuse to help me with any items or refund me at all. The website remained up for others to order even after my complaints Shocking customer service and complete theft. Do not support.

As per the below trail, the dark comics has decided to pocket money i paid 4 days ago...... apparently its ok to still advertise a business and take peoples money when they know they are unable to produce the products. they are clearly a scam. As a sole proprietor, many personal challenges and unforseen circumsances has caused my company to suffer severe losses. This resulting in a business rescue and restructuring process. It has been a heartbreaking, emotional and stressful week for myself and those involved in The Dark Comic, as this is my life’s work. Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete or send out any orders until we are able to provide a second income for The Dark Comic. Orders might take up to 3 months (March 2023) to be completed at this stage. We cannot express our sadness and sincere apologies enough for this. We understand that our clients have entrsted us with their money to provide a product and service. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, circumstances and personal challenges have made this impossible for us to carry on at this point in time. We have therefore decided to enter a business rescue and restructuring process, to give The Dark Comic one last chance. As mentioned above, we undertake to complete all outstanding orders over the course of the next couple of months. I made an order on the 20th of September for a friend's birthday 17th of October. Because of Comic Con (22-25 September), I agreed that they can cater my order after they are finished with the show and they promised that should be able to meet the deadline of delivery on the 17th of October. Come the 17th of October, this is the message they sent: " We understand that it is now overdue. We have only returned home over the weekend and will resume our normal production this week. A mock-up should be sent through to you either today or tomorrow for approval." Today is the 25th of October, no mockup is received and no communication is made. I have sent several emails to follow up, and used their online chat, no response at all. I went out of my way to support a small business, with full payment and 10% tips paid upfront and respected their 21 days turnaround time. It is now over a month of ordering and there is no progress and no communication. This is not acceptable at all and will never buy from them again. I'm requesting a refund.

I placed an order on the 18th of August, expecting a 21 day lead time as per their website. Today is the 13th of October and I am still waiting. I have send so many e-mails, used their online chat option, send whatsapp's and just don't get any response. They responded once to say the one item is out of stock and asked what I would like to do - refund the item or wait for it - responded the same day back to them, but still waiting. This is honestly the WORST online shopping experience I ever had. I will NEVER buy there again.......
