I think Bonitas should seriously reconsider their decision regarding Marara Pharmacy. Firstly, you cannot register on the link they share, because there are no submit button. Had to e-mail my scripts. It has now been A MONTH and only received half of my script and none of my daughter's medication. When you do phone them, you are lucky if you can speak to an agent after having to hold on for about half an hour. These are chronic medications which I have now run out off. and if you do submit your script to another pharmacy, Bonitas smacks you with a 30% co-payment. Absolutely horrible service!!!
I placed an order on the 18th of August, expecting a 21 day lead time as per their website. Today is the 13th of October and I am still waiting. I have send so many e-mails, used their online chat option, send whatsapp's and just don't get any response. They responded once to say the one item is out of stock and asked what I would like to do - refund the item or wait for it - responded the same day back to them, but still waiting. This is honestly the WORST online shopping experience I ever had. I will NEVER buy there again.......
Unfortunately my previous review was removed. I bought goods from Tempted Clothing last year. The sizes didn't fit and I returned the items. They said they will send me another size once received. This was August last year. I had to continuously follow up with them on e-mail and WhatsApp. Always receiving excuses. Now I received a notification that due to their financial situation they are not honoring outstanding orders and will not refund any money back. The worst is that they send me a picture of my parcel about a month ago, but I haven't received it. In my mind, if they showed me my parcel, they have my stock. This has been the worst online shopping experience.
Ordered from Tempted Clothing last year. Kept on following up and got a different excuse every time. Just to receive a whatsapp today that the business closed down and I won't get my order or a refund. I cannot believe that Wanda can get away with this......
I have applied online for one of the Black Friday deals on the 26th of November. The deals are only valid till the 9th of December, two days from today. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that they received my online application and that they will be in touch. You can not follow up, because they don't give you a number to dial. If you call customer care, they can only send an e-mail and ask them to get back to you. I have now tried to follow up several times but to no avail. Guess I am not getting the special even though I applied on time. Not my first disastrous incident with MTN.
